Sport Group Information Privacy

Administrative contact information pertaining to potential members is excluded from this agreement as it is published on www.sudburysportlink.ca (unless the representative has expressed to keep certain items confidential). Submitting this information is an indication that the representative agrees to the terms, and agrees that the general public can contact them to express their interest in joining, or in receiving information about the group.

Volunteer Information Privacy

Your information will remain private; meaning SportLink Sport Council will not sell your information or share your information with the general public. However, by signing up as a volunteer for our volunteer database, your information will be shared with administrative volunteers from reputable sporting groups in Greater Sudbury relating to the sports you chose.

Nomination Information Privacy

Your information and the nominee’s information is strictly confidential. Use of your information and the nominee’s information is for SportLink’s contact purposes only.

However, should the person you nominate become a community hero, their name (and photo, if provided) will be published online.

Contact Information Privacy

Contact information submitted to us for various reasons (ei. reserving tickets, or requesting information), will not be sold to other organizations. It is strictly for SportLink’s use to contact you, regarding your respective requests.
